You bought from us — you talk to us. For every question and every fault, hardware or software, you have a single address: us. Everything else — the importer, the lab — we handle for you.

A full year of warranty

Every Talmudo BeYado device ships with a one-year warranty certificate, effective from the day of delivery, in accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations. The device's serial number is recorded with us at shipping time — so even if the certificate is lost, your warranty is safe.

What the warranty covers

Free repair of any manufacturing defect or fault not caused by the customer — including software and library faults.
If the device cannot be repaired — an equivalent replacement device, loaded with the full library and ready for study.
Phone guidance for usage questions: we are happy to explain, guide and solve remotely when possible.

What the warranty does not cover

As is customary, the warranty does not apply to damage caused after delivery: breakage, impact, liquids, use contrary to the instructions or attempted self-repair. Even in such cases — contact us, and we will see together what can be done.

How to reach us

For any fault, contact us through one of the channels below and describe the problem briefly. We will get back to you within two business days at most with the next step — a remote fix, collecting the device for repair, or replacing it.

And after the year?

We are still here after the warranty period ends. Contact us with any fault — we will examine the device and offer a fair solution.

Returns and cancellation

Cancelling a purchase within 14 days of receiving the device follows the terms and cancellation policy.
